Our client is gearing up for unstoppable growth over the next five years, which includes the expansion of their pre-contracts team.
To support this growth we are seeking a Senior Civil Estimator
to join their Darwin HQ and play a key role in pre-contract operations within the Civil Operations team. Think big-impact projects like government infrastructure, Defence civil works, flood mitigation, and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Spearheading the execution of bid strategies and processes for large-scale projects.
- Collaborating with a skilled team to drive effective cost management and subcontractor procurement.
- Delivering high-quality submission documentation to secure project success.
- Providing mentorship to junior staff while effectively managing multiple project priorities.
- 5+ years of civil contracting experience, especially estimating roles in mid to top-tier Aussie construction firms.
- A knack for collaboration and communication
- Strong organisational skills to keep things moving and meet critical deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible, and ready to inspire the next generation of talent.
