Quantity Surveyor

Huge opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor  to join a well-established construction advisory frim with a strong track record in delivering major projects across Australia and internationally.

You will be working on a MAJOR Darwin based infrastructure project!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate cost advice, pricing estimates, and cost plans.
• Prepare and review project cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Complete detailed trade and elemental take-offs.
• Measure quantities for variations and price BOQs.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate completed work for valuations.
• Prepare and assess payment claims.
• Assist in achieving commercial goals while managing project risks.
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in QS role within Civil or infrastructure ideal
• Experience with material take-offs and BOQs in civil or building projects.
• Strong background in project-based or deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in industry software such as MS Office, Buildsoft, CostX.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have valid Australian working rights. (strong interstate applicant can be coinsidered)
